3.3 Teams

The following functionalities are available in the Teams module:

3.3.1 Functionality

Teams List :

• A list of all teams will be displayed.

Refresh button :

• Clicking the refresh button after creating a new team will update the team listing page to include the newly created team.

• Similarly, when searching for a specific team, clicking the Refresh button will reset the search and display all teams on the team listing page.

Search Bar :

• The team listing page features a search bar that allows us to easily locate a specific team.

Add New Team button:

• To add a new team, simply click on the "Add New Team" button. Fill out all the required fields, including the Unique Name and Description, and then click the Submit button.

• Once the submission is complete, a success message will be displayed, confirming that the team has been successfully added.

My Team button :

• My Teams display the assigned list of teams.

3.3.2 Features

View :

• On the view page, you can see details about the teams.

Edit :

• When editing a team, you have the ability to modify various details including:

  • Display Name: Update the name by which the team is identified.

  • Description: Edit the description or additional information about the team.

  • Status: Change the status of the team, indicating whether it is active or inactive.

  • Team Members: Add or remove members from the team, managing its composition.

• After making the desired changes, simply click the "Save" button. A success message will be displayed, confirming that the team has been updated successfully.

• you can use the "Back" button to easily return to the team listing page without saving any changes. This allows for seamless navigation between the editing interface and the team listing page, facilitating efficient team management.

Delete :

• When we click the "Delete" action, it will show the dialog box "Are you sure? You won't be able to revert this!" with two buttons. First is "Yes, Delete It!" and the second is "Cancel". When we click "Yes, Delete It!" the selected team will be deleted and the team listing page will be automatically refreshed.
