5.3 Export Import

The following functionalities are available in the Export-Import module:

5.3.1 Functionality

Export-Import Job History :

• The Export/Import Job list will be displayed.

Refresh button :

• To ensure that newly created export/import jobs are visible on the export/import job listing page, simply click the refresh button. This action instantly updates the page and includes the recently added export/import job in the listing, allowing for easy visibility and access.

New Import Job button :

• To create a new import job, click on the "New Import Job" button. Fill out all the required fields such as Description, Reference Object, and select a CSV file. Then, click on the "Next" button. Additionally, map the Object's fields to the CSV file header and click on the "Submit" button to proceed.

• Once the submit button is clicked, a success message will be displayed, confirming the successful addition of the import job with a message such as "Import Job added successfully."

New Export Job button :

• To initiate a new export job, click on the "New Export Job" button. Complete all the necessary fields such as Description, Reference Object, From Date, and To Date. Once all the required information is provided, click the "Submit" button to proceed.

• Upon clicking the submit button, a success message will be displayed to confirm the successful addition of the export job. The message may state "Export Job added successfully," indicating that the job has been successfully created and is ready for execution.

5.3.2 Features

View Details :

• The details of the Export/Import job will be shown, providing comprehensive information about the job.

• Additionally, there is a Download CSV button available for conveniently downloading the export/import details in CSV format.

• To navigate back to the object listing page, you can simply utilize the "Back" button, ensuring a seamless transition between pages.
