4.4 Smart Form Reader Templates

4.4.1 Functionality

OCRTemplates List :

• It displays the OCRTemplates list.

Refresh button :

• Once a new OCRTemplate is created successfully, simply click on the refresh button to instantly display the newly created OCRTemplate on the OCRTemplates listing page. This allows for easy visibility and access to the recently added OCRTemplate.

Add New OCRTemplate button :

• To create a new OCRTemplates, click on the "Add New OCRTemplates" button, complete all the required fields such as Unique Name and Description, then click on the "Submit" button.

• Once the submit button is clicked, a success message will be displayed confirming the successful addition of the OCRTemplates, such as "OCRTemplates added successfully."

4.4.2 Features

View :

• The OCRTemplates details will be displayed.

Edit :

• The Edit action provides the capability to modify OCRTemplates details, including Description, status, Configure Source, and OCR Template Column Mapping. Upon making the desired changes, simply click on the Save button, and a success message will appear indicating the successful update of the OCRTemplates, such as "OCRTemplates updated successfully."

Delete :

• When the "Delete" action is selected, a confirmation dialog box will appear to verify if the user wants to proceed with the deletion. Upon clicking the "Yes, Delete It!" button, the selected OCRTemplates will be permanently deleted, and the OCRTemplates listing page will be automatically refreshed. This ensures a seamless deletion process and immediate update of the OCRTemplates listing page.
