3.1 Users

The following functionalities are available in the Users module:

3.1.1 Functionality

Users List :

• A list of all users will be displayed.

Refresh button :

• To ensure that newly created users are visible, simply click the refresh button after creating a new user. This action will update the object listing page to include the newly created user.

• Similarly, if you have searched for a specific user and want to view all users again, you can click on the Refresh button. This will refresh the page and display all users in the listing, providing a comprehensive view of all the users available.

Search Bar :

• With the help of a search bar, we can easily find the specific user from the user's listing.

• There are two types of search bars:

  • Select Role :

    • We can also find users by their role.

  • Select Status :

    • We can also find users by their status.

Add New User button :

• To add a new user, click on the "Add New User" button and complete all the required fields such as Full Name, Email, Username, Given Name, Surname, Contact, and Password. Once you have entered the necessary information, click the "Submit" button.

• After successfully submitting the user details, a success message will be displayed, confirming that the user has been added successfully.

3.1.2 Features

Details:

• On the view page, you can see details about the user.

Edit:

• When editing the user object, you can modify various information including Given Name, Status, Surname, Phone, Company, Roles Assigned, Manager, Personal Information, and Social Information. After making the desired changes, simply click the "Save" button. Upon successful saving, a confirmation message will be displayed, indicating that the user has been updated successfully.

Login As :

• By clicking on Login As, we will be login with the selected user.

Delete :

• Clicking the "Delete" action prompts a dialog box with two buttons: "Yes, Delete It!" and "Cancel". The dialog box displays a warning message stating that the deletion action is irreversible. If you click on "Yes, Delete It!", the selected user will be permanently deleted, and the user listing page will be automatically refreshed.
