4.1 Advanced Forms

Display Advanced Form & updating Details

4.1.1 Functionality

Advanced Forms List :

• The Advanced form list is displayed.

Refresh button :

• To ensure that newly created forms appear on the Advanced form listing page, simply click the refresh button after creating a new form. This will update the page and include the recently added form in the list.

Add New Form button :

• To generate a new form, click the "Add New Form" button, complete all the required fields, including the Description, and then select the "Submit" button.

• Following the submission, a success message will be displayed, confirming the successful addition of the Advanced Form Definition.

4.1.2 Features

Edit :

• The Edit action allows us to change team details such as Display Name, Description, and Status, as well as add team members. When we click the Save button, the changes are saved, and a success message such as "Advanced Form Definition updated successfully" displays.

• The "Back" button can also be used to return to the Advanced form listing page.

Delete :

• When we click the "Delete" action, it will ask for confirmation to Delete or not. When click on the "Yes, Delete It!" button, the selected form will be deleted and the advanced form listing page will be automatically refreshed.
