4.5 Verify a Smart Form

4.5.1 Functionality

OCRForms List :

• The OCRForms details will be displayed.

Refresh button :

• After creating a new OCRForm successfully, clicking on the refresh button will show the new OCRForms on the OCRForms listing page(Every time we have to click on the refresh button when we create a new OCRForm ).

Add New OCRForm button:

• To create a new OCRForm, click on the "Add New OCRForm" button, fill in all the required fields such as Unique Name and Description, then click on the "Submit" button.

• Once the submit button is clicked, a success message will be displayed confirming the successful addition of the OCRForm, such as "OCRForm added successfully."

4.5.2 Features

Edit:

• By utilizing the Edit action, we can modify the details of the OCRForm, including Description, status, and Target Form Type. Additionally, we have the option to upload a file and perform OCR extraction by clicking the "Extract" button. Once the desired changes are made, clicking the Save button will save the modifications and trigger a success message, confirming the successful update of the OCRForm, such as "OCRForm updated successfully."

Delete:

• Upon selecting the "Delete" action, a confirmation prompt will appear, requesting confirmation for the deletion. Clicking on the "Yes, Delete It!" button will initiate the deletion process, permanently removing the selected OCRForm. Subsequently, the OCRForm listing page will be automatically refreshed, ensuring an up-to-date display of the remaining OCRForms.
