2.2 Dashboards

The following functionalities are available in the Dashboard module :

2.2.1 Functionality

Dashboards List :

• A list of all dashboards will be displayed.

Refresh button :

• To ensure that a newly created dashboard is visible, simply click the refresh button on the dashboard listing page.

• If you need to view all dashboards after performing a specific search, you can easily achieve this by clicking on the Refresh button. This action will refresh the page and display all available dashboards.

Search Bar :

• The dashboard listing page includes a convenient search bar that allows for easy retrieval of specific dashboards. Utilizing the search bar, users can quickly locate the desired dashboard within the dashboard list.

Add New Dashboard button:

• To create a new dashboard, simply click on the "Add New Dashboard" button. Fill in all the required fields, such as the unique name and description, and then proceed to click the "Submit" button.

• Once the submission is complete, a success message will appear, confirming that the dashboard has been successfully added.

2.2.2 Features

View :

• On the view page, you can see details about the dashboard.

Edit :

• When editing a dashboard, you have the ability to modify various details such as the description and status. After making the desired changes, simply click the "Save" button. A success message will then be displayed, confirming that the dashboard has been updated successfully.

• Additionally, you can use the "Back" button to conveniently return to the dashboard listing page.

Delete :

• When clicking on the "Delete" action for a dashboard, a confirmation pop-up box will appear, displaying the message "Are you sure? You won't be able to revert this!" Two buttons are presented: "Yes, Delete It!" and "Cancel". By selecting "Yes, Delete It!", the chosen dashboard will be deleted, and the dashboard listing page will be automatically refreshed.
