1.2 Records of Objects

The following functionalities are available in the Records of Objects module :

1.2.1 Functionality

Select an Object:

• The drop-down list of objects allows us to select a specific object, and upon selecting an object, the corresponding records will be displayed.

Refresh button:

• To display all records after searching for a specific record, simply click the Refresh button to return to the previous screen that shows all selected objects.

Search Bar:

• The object listing includes a search bar that facilitates finding specific records within the object.

1.2.2 Features

View:

• On the view page, you can see details about the objects.

Edit :

• By clicking on the record title, you will be directed to the record edit page, where you can modify the record's title, workflow status, booking slot, and details.

• After making the desired changes, clicking on the "Save" button will display a success message indicating the successful update.

Delete:

• When the "Delete" action is clicked, a dialog box will appear with two buttons: "Yes, Delete It!" and "Cancel". The dialog box will display a confirmation message stating that the action is irreversible. If the user clicks on "Yes, Delete It!", the selected record will be deleted, and the records on the object listing page will be automatically refreshed.
